Acceptable stay with significant drawbacks

The location was good as it allowed easy access to the central station.
The room was VERY small. A pipe ran through it, feeling HOT to the touch, and made the room uncomfortably warm all night. This pipe was a serious issue, stopping me from getting any sleep at all.

the location was great! it was minutes from the centre and tivoli gardens. the room was clean and provided an ideal base for exploring! the breakfast was super delicious too, and it had alternative food and drinks, i loved it.
the rooms were notably small, though, which can be uncomfortable if you're staying longer or have a lot of luggage. the mattresses and pillows weren't great quality, resulting in a restless night's sleep. i also found the lack of international tv channels a significant drawback in a touristy city.

The location was convenient. It's near many tourist spots. A supermarket is also located at the corner near the hotel. I stayed in a room on the top floor. It featured a balcony with a good panoramic view, including the city hall clock tower.
The mattresses were too soft. They could use replacement.
